I have been baking since as long as I can remember. My earliest memories are of baking and eating apple pies with my mother late at night, however I can’t say that I learned to bake from my family or that I spent hours in the kitchen with my grandmother, because that just isn’t true. I learned everything I know from, cookbooks, magazines, cooking shows, live demonstrations and of course my own kitchen.
